Help and Support
There are two main ways to get support on Marlowe: Slack and email. Start with Slack.
Slack
The Marlowe user community is on the Stanford Slack Grid. Raise your question in #marlowe-researchers — including system-level problems. The Marlowe team reads the channel and other users often have the answer already. Users are added during onboarding.
Support by Email
Email is the secondary route. Use it if you would rather not post publicly, or if your question involves account details that should not go in a channel.
Put the word “Marlowe” in the subject line, and include as many details of the problem as you can.
Email us at srcc-support@stanford.edu
Users can also request an appointment for a Zoom consultation at the same address. We welcome your feedback.
Office Hours
The Marlowe Research Data Science team also holds recurring office hours on Zoom — an open hour for questions about running your research on the instrument: getting started, Slurm and scheduling, scaling a run across nodes, storage, and allocations. No appointment and no agenda. For fastest resolution, use Slack.
