Collaborators without a SUNet ID cannot be admitted by the Zoom gate — if you are working on a Marlowe project from outside Stanford, write to the same address and we will arrange another time.
What to bring
- Getting started — first login, OnDemand, moving data onto the instrument
- Slurm and scheduling — a job that will not start, partitions, priority, preemption
- Scaling a run — multi-node performance, throughput, what to measure
- Storage — filesystem choice, quotas, staging a dataset
- Allocations — applying, renewing, or growing a project
Schedule
Second and fourth Wednesday of every month, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Pacific. The series continues past the dates below; two occurrences are cancelled for holidays.
